Small Business Loan for A Laundry Shop!

My sister Mary Ann who is currently working as Engineer in Lycopodium wants to get a Small Business Loan for her Laundry shop in Makati City. Although, they already have 100K to start with their small business still, she wants to get a business loan. I think she wants to save it as contingency fund! Good Luck sis!
